Become a Foodshed Producer
Becoming a Foodshed producer starts with a simple conversation about your farm, what you grow, and where you want to go next. Our onboarding process is designed to help growers understand Foodshed’s services, prepare for wholesale opportunities, and make sure food safety, storage, ordering, and delivery expectations are clear from the start.
01
Tell Us About Your Farm
Complete the grower interest form below and tell us about your operation, crops, production capacity, experience, and goals.
02
Attend Foodshed 101
New producers will receive an introduction to Foodshed’s services and operating procedures. Orientation may include a facility tour, drop-off instructions, contact information, product-listing guidance, and an overview of available services.
03
Prepare for Wholesale
Growers who are new to wholesale markets can receive support with food safety, post-harvest handling, packaging, crop planning, and harvest forecasting. Experienced wholesale growers may not need every training component.
04
Finalize the Details
Foodshed staff will work with you to review food-safety practices, discuss product needs, and confirm storage, delivery, pickup, and ordering logistics.
